Hello, I’m Yna.

I’m a photographer and visual storyteller based in Florida. My work captures the energy of community, music, and travel with a focus on authenticity and emotional resonance. I’m drawn to the beauty in everyday life and the small, fleeting moments that often go unnoticed.

My love for photography started in childhood, inspired by my parents who were always documenting life with cameras and camcorders. As a shy kid, I preferred being behind the lens—observing and capturing the world around me. That instinct to document has stayed with me ever since.

I took an interest in film photography during the early days of Tumblr, Instagram, and VSCO. When I got my first film camera in 2017, I connected deeply with its slower, more intentional process, and it’s been my favorite medium ever since.

My photography explores the magic of first-time experiences, moments filled with awe, intimacy, and connection. Whether I’m documenting grassroots events like Winterland Presents and Lady Skate Day or collaborating with artists, musicians, brands, and community organizations, my goal is to tell stories that feel honest, human, and full of life.
