Swisher Start-Up & Growth Cohorts for Underrepresented Entrepreneurs

April 2021 - 2022 | Swisher International and the University of North Florida’s Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation joined forces to create the Swisher Start-Up and Growth Cohorts for Underrepresented entrepreneurs. This bi-annual cohort concluded with a pitch competition.

The Start-Up cohort was a free, 8-week program designed to help underrepresented entrepreneurs start a business and master their pitch. The program taught participants how to turn their idea into a business with field experts, hands-on mentors, and resources that will help them achieve their goals.

The Growth cohort was a free, 8-week program designed to help early-stage companies grow and take their business to the next level. Participants improved their business plans with the help of expert speakers, workshops, and engaged mentors.

I was in charge of all of the visuals, branding, and anything digital. I also took photos during some of the classes and at the pitch competition.
